Should you have any complaints regarding our services, you can fill in the form to the right and attach any supporting information that you might have. If you need any help with a payment you made (to change your order, or request a refund) with any of MoovPay’s merchants, you will need to contact the business directly. We’re unable to make changes or process refunds on behalf of businesses who use our technology. If you’re not sure who requested the charge, you can fill in the form to the right with the relevant transaction information, so we can help you identify the merchant.
